2.What data we process

We only process the data you provide to us yourself when you get in touch or request a quote:

• Your name;
• Your phone number and email address;
• Your town or address (needed to plan and carry out the work);
• The details about your project that you pass on to us, such as the type of work and chosen colours.

3.What we use it for

• To answer your request and prepare a quote;
• To carry out the assignment and stay in touch with you about the planning;
• To keep our records and send invoices;
• To comply with legal obligations, such as the statutory retention requirement for tax purposes.

4.On what legal basis

We process your data to perform the agreement with you or to take steps at your request before entering into it, to comply with a legal obligation, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running our business and communicating with you.

5.The quote form

Our quote form does not send any data to a server of ours. When you click send, your own email app opens with the request in it, which you then send to info@sterkerverf.nl yourself. Your data therefore travels through your own email and reaches us as an ordinary email message.

6.Cookies and external services

Our website places no tracking cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. We do use a few external services that are technically needed to display the website. These services may see your IP address in the process:

• Google Fonts (Google) for the typefaces on the website;
• unpkg for the 3D library that the colour picker loads (only on the 3D colour picker page).

7.Sharing with others

We do not sell your data and do not share it with others, except where this is necessary to carry out the assignment or to run our business (for example with our accountant), or where the law requires us to.

8.How long we keep it

We keep your data no longer than necessary. Data in our records is kept for as long as the law requires (seven years for the Dutch tax authorities). Requests that do not lead to an assignment are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed.

9.Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to the processing. Just send us a message at info@sterkerverf.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

10.Security

We take appropriate measures to protect your data against loss or unauthorised use. Do you suspect something is wrong with the security of your data? Then please contact us straight away.

We may update this privacy statement. The current version is always on this page. This version is dated 1 July 2026.
