A new colour or a fresh wall should be enjoyable, not stressful. So we make it as easy as possible: you tell us what you want, we take care of the rest. From the first phone call to the final brushstroke, one thing comes first: that you feel comfortable throughout.

We visit & talk it through

We look at the job together, take measurements and give honest advice on approach, materials and colour. Not sure which colour? Try our 3D colour picker beforehand, and we will look together at what suits your home best.

You receive a clear quote with a fixed price upfront: no small print, no surprises afterwards. Happy with it? Then we schedule the work for a time that suits you. Prefer to think it over? No problem at all.

Good to know

Yes, completely. Requesting a quote does not commit you to anything. We only schedule the work once you give the go-ahead.
SterkerVerf is based in Amsterdam and works across all of the Netherlands. Mention your town or city in your request and we will see together what is possible.
You certainly can. With our 3D colour picker you can try out colours at home for walls, window frames, door, ceiling and floor, and even change the time of day (morning, afternoon, evening). Add your favourites to your request and we will look at them together.
Yes. You receive a clear, fixed price upfront. If something extra turns out to be needed during the work, we discuss it with you first; extra work only goes ahead after your approval.
That depends on our schedule and the size of the job. In your request you can let us know what timing suits you, and we will find a moment that works for both of us.
Not necessarily. You are welcome to give us a key or let us in and then simply carry on with your day. We treat your home with care.
For smaller jobs you receive the invoice after handover, with a payment term of 14 days. For larger jobs (above € 1,500) we ask for a 30% deposit at the start; you pay the remainder after handover. You will find the full arrangements in our terms and conditions.
Yes. If you are a consumer and conclude the agreement at your home or at a distance (by phone or email), you have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days. You can read more in our terms and conditions. There is no statutory cooling-off period for business clients and owners' associations (VvEs).
A SterkerVerf quote is valid for 30 days, unless a different period is stated on it. So you have plenty of time to decide.
Yes. On every page you will find a WhatsApp button in the bottom right corner. Feel free to send a message with your question, with photos of the job if you like, and we will gladly think it through with you.
Yes. Alongside private clients we work for owners' associations (VvEs) and business clients, from homes to retail spaces. Request a quote and describe the situation, and we will see together what is needed.
SterkerVerf focuses on painting, wallpapering and lacquer work; that is where our craft lies. For other trades such as plastering, SterkerGroup will soon expand with dedicated specialists, each under its own Sterker brand name. Just let us know what you are looking for and we will be glad to help once that branch is available.
